在入股德国储能公司Sonnen近9个月后，石油巨头壳牌公司（Shell）现在希望能接管该公司的业务。
目前，这一交易正在等待德国政府竞争管理机构的批准，但Sonnen表示，相信应在下个月可获得批准。
Sonnen公司创始人兼CEO Christoph Ostermann向《光伏杂志》透露，这两家公司一致同意不披露这一交易协议的细节。但他同时确认，Sonnen的投资者们会将所持的全部股份转让给壳牌新能源公司(Shell New Energy)，而 Sonnen品牌则将被保留。
Ostermann表示，此次交易没有计划对管理层进行任何变动，壳牌对其公司的兴趣是对他近些年来良好工作业绩的再次认可。Shell New Energy将会是一个“完美的战略合作伙伴”，能帮助其公司在一个充满活力的市场中拓展。 “特别是在业务国际化和产能扩张方面，壳牌将是我们强有力的合作伙伴，帮助我们轻装上阵。”
Sonnen目前在美国和澳大利亚均有着不俗的业绩，而公司的下一步目标是进军非洲、拉丁美洲和亚洲市场。壳牌可为Sonnen提供一个全球性的业务平台，并可为Sonnen在电池生产检测方面提供支持，改善其电池采购条件。
