韩国 LG电子北美分公司宣布公司最终敲定了在美国开设其首个热泵工厂的计划。LG电子北美首席执行官Thomas Yoon本周在白宫行政圆桌会议上公布了公司关于热泵生产和部署的计划，具体见公司LinkedIn账号。据称，公司将生产室内用的100%电气装置，并计划未来在一些场地生产室外用热泵。
“期待已久的智能家居以及当今对零碳生活方式的重视将加快热泵技术推动的市场转型，”Yoon向包括美国能源部长Jennifer Granholm在内的白宫官员这样说道。
据悉，Yoon也对美国政府通过《通胀削减法案》（IRA）等税收激励和退返政策推动需求的投入表示了赞赏。然而，他也强调市场吸收依然因为缺少对热泵技术优势的认识而被限制。
“从我们的角度来看，更大的问题不是供应而是需求。我们很欣赏政府通过税务激励和退返政策推动需求的大力投入，”Cooling Post引用Yoon的发言。“然而，缺少对热泵技术优势的认识和熟悉度是市场采纳的障碍。”
