德国联邦电网管理机构（Bundesnetzagentur）在今年全国首次公用事业规模太阳能招标中分配了1952 MW光伏装机容量，总共245个标的，略微超过Bundesnetzagentur原计划分配的1950 MW。这次招标被大幅超额认购，收到总计2869 MW的347个项目提案。
该机构为此次拍卖设定的最高电价为€0.0737 ($0.081)/kWh。最终平均电价为€0.0703/kWh，范围是€0.0529/kWh至€0.0730/kWh。
南部巴伐利亚州以845 MW获得最大分配容量份额，其次是勃兰登堡州的223 MW和莱茵兰-法尔茨州的163 MW。
Bundesnetzagentur还透露，约851 MW被分配给欠发达地区的耕地和草地上项目，另有755 MW被授予高速公路和铁路沿线的光伏项目。
“自2022年6月以来，首次出现收到投标数量大大超过计划容量，”Bundesnetzagentur主席Klaus Mller说，“我们在招标中从未收到过如此多的投标。现在的问题是要保持这种高水平的投标，以便长期推进必要的扩张。”
该机构在之前的大规模光伏招标中分配了609 MW太阳能装机容量。那次也是超额认购，最终均价为€0.0580/kWh，比上一轮采购的€0.0510/kWh略高。投标价从€0.0520/kWh到€0.0590/kWh不等。
Bundesnetzagentur将于7月1日举行下一轮地面光伏招标，并表示希望分配1611 MW，还将首次接受容量不超过100 MW的太阳能发电站项目提案。
