德国金属化浆料（银浆）生产商Heraeus收购了法国光伏组件制造商HoloSolis的部分股份。
HoloSolis计划于2025年在法国Hambach开设一家光伏电池和面板工厂。该工厂自2027年起全面投产后，预计将雇用1700名员工，每年生产1000万个组件，年产组件总容量为5 GW。
HoloSolis总裁Jan Jacob Boom-Wichers表示：“Heraeus拥有尖端的金属化技术，是我们保持全球领先地位的宝贵资产。”
Heraeus在全球40个国家拥有约17200名员工，2022财年实现销售总额291亿欧元（311亿美元）。
Heraeus技术专家Christian Neumann表示：“Heraeus还将为董事会提供建议、经验和专业知识，发挥其积极作用。” 德国弗劳恩霍夫太阳能研究所（ISE）最近表示，其将支持HoloSolis建立其计划中的制造工厂。
三家欧洲企业——EIT Innoenergy，法国IDEC集团和TSE——共同出资成立了HoloSolis。EIT Innoenergy是一家由欧盟资助的清洁技术投资公司，总部设在荷兰的埃因霍温。IDEC集团是法国的一家房地产开发商，而TSE则是法国太阳能电力的主要生产商和农业光伏领域的领军企业。
HoloSolis是欧洲太阳能光伏产业联盟（ESIA）的旗舰项目，其目标是到2025年在欧洲建立30 GW的年产能。
