根据德国联邦网络局（Bundesnetzagentur）的最新数据，德国9月份登记的新增光伏系统总计达到387.6兆瓦。作为相比，这一数字在今年8月份为408兆瓦，2019年9月为287兆瓦。
今年前9个月新增的光伏装机容量累计达到3,509兆瓦，而去年同期的新增装机总量约为2.9吉瓦。
截至9月底时，德国新增装机量累计达到52.3吉瓦。
在9月份的新增容量中，超过341兆瓦是来自于根据FIT计划建造的750千瓦以下的屋顶和地面光伏系统。9月份全国共有28个根据公用事业级项目招标计划开发的项目的46.3兆瓦并网。
由于前三季度登记项目的强劲增长，11月、12月和1月的FIT电价将每月下降1.8%。到目前为止，自2月份以来的月降幅为1.4%。对于安装在建筑物和隔音屏障上的10千瓦以下光伏系统，11月的固定FIT电价将降至0.0848欧元/千瓦时；10至40千瓦的系统电价为0.0824欧元；40至100千瓦的系统电价为0.0646欧元。而安装于其他位置的100千瓦以下系统，电价将为0.0583欧元。至于功率在100至750千瓦之间的直接售电的系统，国家强制规定电价标准将调高0.004欧元每千瓦时。
