具有109年历史的瑞士电池制造商和能源储存公司Leclanché已与股东就债务重组展开协商，并在新闻稿中称将采取进一步措施来支撑其资产负债表。
公司宣布其主要股东FEFAM（一家四个投资基金的联盟）已经购买了6月30日到期的一些债务（具体金额不详），并将其到期日推迟了两年，直到2020年3月31日。
据报道，FEFAM公司已同意向Leclanché公司投资约7500万瑞士法郎（合7540万美元），并同意将后者所欠其的2400万瑞士法郎置换成股权，以此“帮助加强公司的资产负债表”。
预计在债转股之后，该公司还将采取进一步的措施来改善公司的资产负债状况。
Leclanché上周宣布进入印度能源储存市场，将与印度最大的电池制造商Exide Industries合资在印度生产锂离子电池。
