奥地利的太阳能激励机制明年将会发生变化: FIT将优先用于自我消费的项目；3月起还将推出全国性储能激励机制。
明年仍将有800万欧元用于补贴输出功率介于5-200间的FIT方案下光伏系统。新FIT费率将会在1月9日宣布，届时项目的申请程序也将启动。而排序则会按照项目的自我消耗率来定。
新方案下，只有指定比例的电力馈入可获得补贴。“额外”馈入的电力将按市场价格计算。同时依赖于太阳能返利和FIT的运营商必须根据法律规定在获得资金的九个月内建造好光伏系统。
此外，奥地利明年还另将有1500万欧元用于太阳能返利及储能，其中的600万将用于推广储能，计划在明年3月启动。政府对储能的规模没有限制，但有资格获得资金的项目，其储能比率应为每千瓦光伏容量介于0.5-10千瓦时之间。光伏系统的返利额度也已确定。
2019年还将有600万欧元用于全国性的储能激励机制。奥地利光伏协会希望明年本国的光伏市场能增长25%，即新增40-50兆瓦的容量。
