丹麦能源机构Energystyrelsen在9月底发起的风能-太阳能联合拍卖已结束。此次拍卖共分配了约269兆瓦容量，平均中标价为€0.031/kWh。
Energystyrelsen收到了17份项目投标书，其中风能260MW，光伏280MW。该机构最终选择了总计165MW的三个风能项目和总计104MW的太阳能电站项目。中标项目必须在签订合同后的两年内完成，它们将获得20年期的PPA。
Energystyrelsen 表示，“中标项目的加权平均价格溢价为每千瓦时0.0228丹麦克朗（约合0.31欧元）”，但没有详细提供风能和太阳能各自的平均中标价。而设定的最高投标价为每千瓦时0.13丹麦克朗(DKK)。
此轮招标的预算为DKK2.54亿（约合3,870万美元），而明年的招标预算总额为DKK8.42亿。2020-2024间该国政府还将增加42亿丹麦克朗的预算。
此外，丹麦还制定了针对规模在1兆瓦及以下项目的特定招标方案，以支持商业和工业光伏领域。在今年11月中旬完成的首次招标中，共有19兆瓦容量的19个项目被分配给了8个开发商。
丹麦政府希望能通过这些新机制，将对可再生能源的直接补贴从DKK0.22/kWh下降至DKK0.10/kWh。去年夏季，丹麦政府提出了建立风能和太阳能联合拍卖的方案，并在8月中旬获得了欧盟委员会的批准。
