瑞士设备供应商Meyer Burger收到一条600MW异质结和智能网线技术生产线的购买订单，价值7,400万瑞士法郎(7,440万美元)。购买方名称目前尚未可知，但并非中国制造商。预计Meyer Burger将在明年一季度交付产品，这一生产线将从2019年下半年开始电池和组件的生产。
Meyer Burger表示，这一具有战略意义的订单对该公司而言是一种真正的突破。它不仅证实了Meyer Burger在技术上的领先地位，且极大地增强了该公司异质结和智能网线技术的市场接受度和可信度。
由于中国今年5月底的政策转变导致价格急剧下降，用于大规模生产的异质结技术增长有所放缓，一些制造商也因而搁置了他们的n型产品扩产计划。但有迹象显示，对更高效率的追求将在2019年回归，许多企业都在转向HJT和TOPCon技术。
PV InfoLink首席分析师Corrine Lin认为，2019年将会是n型TOPCon技术和HJT技术相互竞争的一年。计划扩大产能的新进者或制造商更有可能选择HJT，而现存的PERT和垂直集成制造商则可能更倾向于TOPCon。
Meyer Burger还证实了其2018年4-4.4亿瑞士法郎的收入预期，并将其EBITDA的利润预期从原先的10%向下微调为“较高的个位数百分比”。该公司并表示，光伏设备市场目前仍面临着利润压力，公司也正在推进其10月份宣布的转型计划，将大部分的制造业务转移到亚洲地区。
