欧盟委员会批准了一项12亿欧元的计划，以支持波兰的可再生能源设备投资。
这项援助计划将为波兰生产电池、太阳能电池板、风力涡轮机、热泵、电解槽和碳捕获设备的公司提供直接资助，同时还将向那些为可再生设备制造提供所需零部件或原材料的公司提供支持。
该计划项下的资助将于2025年底前全部到位。
欧盟委员会负责竞争政策的执行副主席Margrethe Vestager表示，这笔投资符合《绿色交易工业计划》的目标和欧盟的气候中和目标。
“与此同时，扭曲竞争的情况仍然有限，” Vestager补充道。
欧盟委员会表示，国家援助计划是根据欧盟委员会的《临时危机和过渡框架》（TCTF）批准的，该框架于2023年3月通过，为欧盟成员国提供援助，以加速其绿色能源转型。
