Fujiyama Power Systems已批准在印度中央邦Ratlam工厂建设一座1.2吉瓦TOPCon太阳能电池制造设施,进一步扩大其在印度本土的太阳能制造布局。
该工厂预计将于2028完整财年第一季度开始商业化生产,并将与公司现有位于北方邦Dadri、产能1吉瓦的单晶PERC太阳能电池工厂形成互补。
这一总投资35亿印度卢比(约合3650万美元)的项目将通过债务融资和内部积累资金共同支持,属于Fujiyama推进垂直一体化和技术升级战略的一部分。公司表示,此次扩产将有助于降低成本波动,确保符合本土化要求(DCR)的太阳能电池供应,改善利润率,并巩固其在印度屋顶光伏市场的地位,特别是在太阳能电池ALMM-II规则将于2026年6月1日生效的背景下。
公司董事长兼联席董事总经理Pawan Kumar Garg表示:“此次扩张将加强我们的垂直一体化能力,提升成本控制,并确保持续稳定地提供符合DCR要求的太阳能电池。”
他还表示,公司被纳入印度新能源和可再生能源部ALMM-II名单,将使其有望受益于“Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana”计划带动的DCR太阳能板需求增长。
